Two beds, one great room. Share with one other resident and split the cost — without sacrificing style, comfort, or community. Great for people who want to keep costs low and social energy high.
Private Room
180–220 sq ft
A cozy private room with everything you need — your own lock, your own space, and a whole community just outside your door.
Private Room
260–320 sq ft
More space, more light. Our deluxe rooms come with a private en-suite bathroom and a larger floor plan — perfect for remote workers who need room to breathe.
No surprise bills. One price covers it all.
We offer flexible terms starting at 3 months. Month-to-month is available after your initial term. No long-term lock-in required.
You choose — furnished or unfurnished at the same price. Furnished rooms include a bed frame, mattress, desk, chair, and wardrobe.
First month's rent plus a refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent. No application fees.
We're a pet-friendly community. Small dogs and cats are welcome with a refundable pet deposit. Please reach out to discuss your situation.
